Vaisala WxHorizon is an advanced software platform that transforms weather data into useful information for quick and accurate decisions regarding road maintenance during the cold season.
By combining real-time observations with hyperlocal forecasts and road physics models, WxHorizon provides a complete picture of the road conditions – now and in the coming hours (24 to 72 hours, ahead hourly).
The platform integrates data from fixed RWS2000 weather stations and MD30 mobile sensors to deliver accurate forecasts and impact assessments for the entire road network.
